Dispatch Center Equipment Sample Clauses
The Dispatch Center Equipment clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, installation, and maintenance of equipment used in a dispatch center. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for supplying items such as communication consoles, computers, and related hardware, as well as ensuring that all equipment meets certain operational standards. By clearly allocating responsibility for the equipment, this clause helps prevent disputes over ownership, maintenance obligations, and ensures the dispatch center remains functional and compliant with relevant regulations.
Dispatch Center Equipment. Dispatch Center Equipment includes the following: dispatch consoles, logging recorders, system interfaces, and other ancillary equipment. The Authority shall maintain a list of Dispatch Center Equipment approved for operation on the System. Any changes to the Dispatch Center Equipment list shall be approved by the Authority. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Dispatch Center Equipment. The PSERN Project Budget will fund the purchase of certain PSERN System equipment that will be installed at Dispatch Centers in King County in a like-for-like exchange of existing KCERCS-related equipment in order to enable the Dispatch Centers to access and use the PSERN System. The County shall be the owner of said PSERN System equipment during the Implementation Period and will transfer ownership to the PSERN Operator as provided in Section 9.
