Dispatch API. Dispatch may make an application programming interface or other similar development tools available within an online Service, which establishes an interface with such Service (“Dispatch API”). Unless Customer has entered into Dispatch's separate developer agreement and Dispatch has provided Customer with an application ID for authentication purposes, Customer shall not use or enable a third party to use any Dispatch API: (a) in a manner that causes Customer to exceed the limits of its authorized use of the applicable Service as set forth in this Agreement or an applicable Order; or (b) to access a Dispatch account not otherwise controlled by Customer.
