Disparaging Remarks. Except in connection with the defense of any litigation initiated by the Company or a Related Company Entity against the Employee, the Employee agrees not to, either personally or through any agent, make any defamatory or disparaging remarks or statements to any third party about the Company or any Related Company Entity or any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents.
