Disjunctive Sample Clauses

A disjunctive clause establishes that multiple conditions or options are presented, and satisfying any one of them is sufficient to meet the requirements of the clause. In practice, this means that if a contract states that a party must deliver product A or product B, fulfilling either obligation is acceptable. This type of clause provides flexibility and clarity by allowing parties to choose between alternatives, thereby reducing the risk of breach if one option becomes impractical or impossible.
