Disfiguration, Overloading, etc. The Tenant shall not do or suffer any waste or damage, disfiguration or injury to the Leased Premises and shall not permit or suffer any overloading of the floors thereof or the bringing into any part of the Development or Building (including the Leased Premises) any articles or fixtures that by reason of their weight or size might damage or endanger the structure of the Building.
