DISCOURAGED. All reported incidents of harassment shall be thoroughly investigated as quickly and as confidentially as possible, in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Workplace Harassment Policy. The Employer and the Union agree to take all steps to ensure that the harassment stops and that individuals who engage in such behaviour are appropriately disciplined, as necessary. The Employer and the Union agree that victims of harassment shall be protected, where possible, from repercussions, which may result from a complaint.
