Discount Card Program Sample Clauses

The Discount Card Program clause establishes the terms under which a party may offer or participate in a program that provides discounts to eligible cardholders. Its core function is to clearly define the scope and rules of the discount program, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and the benefits provided, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or misunderstandings regarding discount entitlements.
