Common use of Disclosure Updates Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Updates. Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, (a) notify Lender if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to Lender contained any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made, and (b) correct any defect or error that may be discovered therein or in any Loan Document or in the execution, acknowledgement, filing, or recordation thereof.

Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, (a) notify the Lender if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished furnished, or any representation or warranty made by the Borrower, to the Lender is or becomes untrue in any respect, contained any untrue statement of a material fact fact, or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made, and (b) correct any defect or error that may be discovered therein or in any Loan Document or in the execution, acknowledgement, filing, or recordation thereof.

Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, (a) notify Lender the Purchasers if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to Lender the Purchasers contained any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made, and (b) correct any defect or error that may be discovered therein or in any Loan Document or in the execution, acknowledgement, filing, or recordation thereof.
