Common use of Disclosure of Shares Sold Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Shares Sold. The Company will disclose in its Annual Report on Form 40-F or 20-F and its interim management’s discussion and analysis prepared and filed with the Commission, the number of Shares sold through the Managers under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to sales of Shares pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant quarter; and, if required by any subsequent change in Commission policy or request, more frequently by means of a Report on Form 6-K or a further Prospectus Supplement.

Disclosure of Shares Sold. The Company will disclose in its Annual Report Reports on Form 40-F or 20-F and in its Reports on Form 6-K when disclosing interim management’s discussion and analysis prepared and filed with the Commissionfinancial statements or results, as applicable, the number of Shares sold through the Managers Manager under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to sales of Shares pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant quarterperiod; and, if required by any subsequent change in Commission policy or request, more frequently by means of a Report on Form 6-K or a further Prospectus Supplement.
