Common use of Disclosure of Sales Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose, in its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q and in its Annual Report on Form 10-K the number of shares of Common Stock sold under this Agreement and any Alternative Distribution Agreement, the net proceeds to the Company from such sales and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to such sales.

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose, disclose in its Quarterly Reports quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and in its Annual Report annual report on Form 10-K the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock sold under through the Manager and each Alternative Manager pursuant to this Agreement and any all Alternative Distribution Agreement, the net proceeds to the Company from such sales and the compensation paid received by the Company with respect to all such salessales pursuant to this Agreement and all Alternative Distribution Agreements, and the compensation payable by the Company to the Manager and each Alternative Manager with respect to all such sales pursuant to this Agreement and all Alternative Distribution Agreements.

The Company will disclose, disclose in its Quarterly Reports quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and in its Annual Report annual report on Form 10-K the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock sold under through Xxxxx Fargo Securities and the Alternative Managers pursuant to this Agreement and any the Alternative Distribution AgreementAgreements, the net proceeds to the Company from such sales and the compensation paid received by the Company with respect to all such salessales pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements, and the compensation payable by the Company to Xxxxx Fargo Securities and the Alternative Managers with respect to all such sales pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements.
