Common use of Disclosure of Production Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Production Information. The Community Solar Garden Operator acknowledges and agrees that, in order for the Company to carry out its responsibilities in applying Bill Credits to each Subscriber’s bills for electric service, the Company may be required and shall be permitted to provide access or otherwise disclose and release to any Subscriber any and all production data related to the PV System in its possession and information regarding the total Bill Credits applied by the Company with respect to the PV System and any information pertaining to a Subscriber’s Subscription. Any additional detailed information requested by a Subscriber shall be provided only upon the Community Solar Garden Operator’s consent in writing or email to the Company, or unless the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission or the Minnesota Department of Commerce requests that the Company provides such information to the Subscriber.
