DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION; NONCOMPETITION. (a) From and after the Closing, the Company and the Shareholders who have knowledge of any Confidential Information shall not use or disclose to any Person, except as required by law or judicial process, any Confidential Information for any reason or purpose whatsoever, nor shall they make use of any of the Confidential Information for their own purposes or for the benefit of any Person except the Surviving Corporation, Buyer or any Affiliate thereof.
