Disclosure Notice. If a Party deems it reasonably necessary to disclose Confidential Information belonging to the other Party pursuant to this Section 12.3, then the former Party shall, if available, use commercially reasonable effort to obtain a protective order, confidential treatment or other similar measures narrowing the scope of such use and public or other disclosure of such Confidential Information and otherwise take such measures to ensure confidential treatment of such information as is reasonably required. For clarification, any such limited disclosure shall not cause any such information to cease to be Confidential Information.
