disclosed. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting the Company from pursuing any other remedies available to the Company for such breach or threatened breach, including without limitation the recovery of damages from the Employee. D. The provisions of this Section 7 shall survive the expiration or termination, for any reason, of this Agreement and shall be separately enforceable.
