Common use of DISCLAMER Clause in Contracts

DISCLAMER. The Administrator reserves the right to improve, correct and otherwise modify the Pay Assistant Service. The Pay Assistant Service may not be available during maintenance breaks and other times. The Administrator on its own may decide to discontinue the Service or any part thereof in its sole discretion and at any given moment. The Administrator does not warrant and does not make statements that Your access to the Pay Assistant Service will be error-free, virus-free, be compatible or will work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, will be uninterrupted, and that the servers on which the Pay Assistant Service is deployed will be up permanently as well as that no other technical and telecommunication errors will be made. The Administrator is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or reliability of the information about other users and the content of other users, including cases in which this information violates the law or the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights. The Administrator has the right to perform preventive maintenance in the hardware and software complex of the Service with a temporary suspension of work, to change, modify, add, delete any part of the Service or terminate access to any part of it at any time.
