Common use of Disclaimer Statement Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer Statement. CONSULTANT is authorized to place the following statement on the drawings or specifications prepared pursuant to this contract: "This drawing [or These specifications], including the designs incorporated herein, is [are] an instrument of professional service prepared for use in connection with the project identified hereon under the conditions existing on [date]. Any use, in whole or in part, for any other project without written authorization of [Consultant's name] shall be at the user's sole risk."
