Common use of Disclaimer of Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer of Joint Venture. Neither this Agreement nor the activities of SHOP Agent/Broker contemplated by and under this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to create in any way any partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the Parties. Neither Party is, nor shall either Party hold itself out to be, vested with any power or right to bind the other Party contractually or to act on behalf of the other Party, except to the extent expressly set forth in the PPACA and the regulations codified thereunder, including as codified at 45 CFR part 155.

Disclaimer of Joint Venture. Neither this Agreement nor the activities of SHOP Agent/Broker Application Assister contemplated by and under this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to create in any way any partnership, joint venture venture, or agency relationship between the Partiesparties. Neither Party party is, nor shall either Party party hold itself out to be, vested with any power or right to bind the other Party party contractually or to act on behalf of the other Partyparty, except to the extent expressly set forth in the PPACA and the regulations codified thereunder, including as codified at 45 CFR part C.F.R. Part 155.
