Disclaimer; Acknowledgments. Approval by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac of the Owner, the Loan, the Bonds or otherwise shall not constitute a warranty or representation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac as to any matter. Nothing set forth in this Agreement, in any of the other Borrower Documents or in the subsequent conduct of the parties shall be deemed to constitute ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac as the partner or joint venturer of any Person for any purpose whatsoever.
