Discipline administered Clause Samples

Discipline administered pursuant to this Article shall require just cause and may be grieved if, and when, discipline takes the form of a written reprimand or suspension. Under this Article, if a disciplinary action culminates in a suspension, such suspension shall not exceed 10 working days.
