Discharge Violation Sample Clauses

A Discharge Violation clause defines the consequences and procedures that apply if a party fails to properly fulfill or comply with their obligations upon the termination or completion of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a violation, such as not returning confidential information, failing to pay outstanding amounts, or not ceasing use of licensed materials after discharge. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand their post-termination responsibilities and to provide remedies or penalties if those responsibilities are not met, thereby reducing the risk of lingering disputes after the contractual relationship ends.
