Discharge of Obligations. Such refund as provided in the foregoing Paragraphs 5 and 6 by the BUILDER to the BUYER shall forthwith discharge all the obligations, duties and liabilities of each of the parties hereto to the other. Any and all refunds or payments due to the BUYER under this CONTRACT shall be effected by telegraphic transfer to the account specified by the BUYER.
