Discharge Lien Sample Clauses
Discharge Lien. Tenant shall, within twenty (20) days after receiving notice of any mechanic's lien for material or work claimed to have been furnished to the Premises on Tenant's behalf and at Tenant's request:
(i) discharge the lien; or
(ii) post a bond equal to the amount of the disputed claim with companies reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. If Tenant posts a bond, it shall contest the validity of the lien. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from losses incurred from these liens.
Discharge Lien. Tenant shall, within twenty (20) days after receiving notice of any mechanic’s lien for material or work claimed to have been furnished to the Premises on Tenant’s behalf and at Tenant’s request, except for work contracted by Landlord (including, without limitation, the Improvements):
(i) discharge the lien; or
(ii) post a bond equal to the amount of the disputed claim with companies reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. If Tenant posts a bond, it shall contest the validity of the lien. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from losses incurred as a result of such liens.
