Disbursement Methods. At the request of the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, the Bank may make disbursements of the resources of the Loan through: (a) reimbursement of expenditures; (b) Advance of Funds; (c) direct payments to third parties; and (d) reimbursement under a letter of credit guarantee.
