Disbursement Deadline Date Clause Samples
The Disbursement Deadline Date clause establishes a specific cutoff date by which funds must be disbursed under an agreement. In practice, this means that any payments, loans, or advances required by the contract must be made on or before this deadline; for example, a lender must provide the agreed loan amount to the borrower by this date. This clause ensures that all parties are clear about the timeframe for financial transactions, preventing delays and providing certainty regarding the availability of funds.
