Disaster Plan Exercise Clause Samples

The Disaster Plan Exercise clause requires parties to regularly test and evaluate their disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Typically, this involves conducting scheduled drills or simulations to ensure that all relevant personnel are familiar with emergency procedures and that the plan is effective in practice. By mandating these exercises, the clause helps organizations identify weaknesses in their disaster response strategies and ensures preparedness, thereby minimizing operational disruptions in the event of an actual disaster.
