Disapproved Sample Clauses
Disapproved. The contractor may not proceed with the installation of this material since the Architects review indicates non compliance with the contract documents. Contractor shall revise the submission in accordance with the Architects comments and resubmit for another review.
Disapproved. If the application is disapproved, provide direct written notice to the applicant that the application has been disapproved and the reasons for disapproval.
Disapproved. The entire submittal is disapproved and shall be resubmitted.
