Disallowed. if the fee for a procedure or service is Disallowed, it is not payable by your plan, nor collectable from the patient by a Participating Dentist. The Exclusions and Limitations provisions in Section 6 identify services which are Disallowed. In each instance, a Delta Dental Participating Dentist agrees not to charge a separate fee.
