Disabled. For purposes of this Agreement, Executive shall be deemed to be "disabled" when, in the reasonable judgment of the Employer, he is unable to perform substantially all of the duties by reason of him in connection with his employment hereunder required of physical or mental illness or of injury for ninety (90) consecutive days.
