Disabled persons’ Accommodation. The partner organisations will aim to allocate properties which have been adapted to be suitable for disabled persons, wherever possible, to persons requiring those adaptations via the Accessible Homes Register. This will supersede any other banding. Where partner organisations are unable to allocate adapted properties to those requiring the adaptations, consideration may be given to applicants aged 60 plus and then applicants who do not have a disability.
