Disability Services. 24.1 The Contractor, if requested in writing to do so by the University, will: (a) to the extent practicable, implement the University's "Disability Access and Inclusion Plan" prepared under the Disability Services Act 1993 (WA); and (b) provide a report to the University by 30 June in each year during the Term reporting on the extent to which the Contractor has implemented the University's Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.
