Common use of Disability of Grantee Clause in Contracts

Disability of Grantee. If the Grantee shall become permanently and totally disabled within the meaning of §22(e)(3) of the Code while in the employ of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, the provisions of §3(a) shall have no force and effect, and the Shares awarded hereunder shall vest and shall no longer be subject to a risk of forfeiture.
