Common use of Disability Access Clause in Contracts

Disability Access. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that before the execution of this Lease, City provided Tenant with, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ signed, the Disability Access Obligations Notice described in Section 38.3 of the San Francisco Administrative Code. Landlord makes no representations regarding the current condition of the Premises as it relates to disability access, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the Initial Improvements will satisfy all disability access requirements.
