DIRECTV. DIRECTV hereby represents, warrants and covenants that DIRECTV shall, at its sole expense, obtain all permits and licenses which may be required under any applicable federal, state or local law, rule, regulation or ordinance to perform its obligations pursuant to this Transport Agreement.

DIRECTV. DIRECTV hereby represents, warrants and covenants that it shall:
(a) Comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to DIRECTV shall, at and its employees and agents relating to DIRECTV’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement; and
(b) At its sole expense, obtain all permits and licenses which may be required under any applicable federal, state or local law, rule, regulation or ordinance to perform its obligations pursuant to this Transport Agreement.
