DIRECTIONS FROM BENEFICIARIES. Subject to Clause 15.3 below, the Mortgages Trustee covenants with the Seller and Funding that the Mortgages Trustee shall take all necessary steps and do everything which both Funding and the Seller (acting together) may reasonably request or direct it to do in order to give effect to the terms of this Deed or the other Transaction Documents to which the Mortgages Trustee is a party.
