DIRECTIONS FROM BENEFICIARIES. Subject to Clause 17.3 (No Breach) below, the Mortgages Trustee covenants with the Beneficiaries that the Mortgages Trustee shall take all necessary steps and do everything which both Funding and the Seller (acting together) may reasonably request or direct it to do in order to give effect to the terms of this Deed or the other Transaction Documents to which the Mortgages Trustee is a party; provided that at any time after the Funding Share has been reduced to zero the Mortgages Trustee shall not be required to act at the direction of both Funding and the Seller (acting together) and shall instead act in accordance with any direction given solely by the Seller.
