Common use of Directed Training Clause in Contracts

Directed Training. Such training may be at the request of the Employer and, where possible, will be scheduled during normal work hours and will be considered as straight time worked for the Employer. All directed training will be paid on a straight time basis only. Directed training will be subsidized by the Employer or reimbursed to the employee on the basis of of the cost.
