Directed Suppliers. (a) The Parties shall discuss in good faith the use of any sub-supplier proposed by ▇▇▇▇▇ for using such sub-supplier’s materials in the Goods.
Directed Suppliers. In performing its activities or obligations under this Agreement, Rivian will incorporate Directed Components that it obtains from Directed Suppliers in accordance with the Directed Component Integration Requirements subject to and in accordance with Section 3.2(E) of the Work Order No 1. Upon Amazon’s request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide Amazon with copies of the Supply Agreements that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ enters into with such Directed Suppliers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, with respect to any Supply Agreement between Rivian and any Directed Suppliers, or Rivian’s contractual privity with the Directed Suppliers, and unless otherwise expressly agreed by Amazon and Rivian: [***].”
