Directed Growth Clause Samples
The Directed Growth clause establishes a framework for guiding the expansion or development of a project, asset, or business in a predetermined manner. Typically, this clause outlines specific objectives, milestones, or strategies that must be followed, and may assign responsibilities to certain parties for ensuring compliance with the growth plan. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties are aligned on the direction and pace of growth, thereby reducing the risk of mismanagement or deviation from agreed-upon goals.
