Common use of Direct Procurement Clause in Contracts

Direct Procurement. Minor items of equipment and materials and off-the-shelf items estimated to cost in total the equivalent of $100,000 or less may be procured directly from the manufacturers of the original equipment or their agents, in accordance with the standard procurement procedures of the Borrower and acceptable to ADB.
