Direct Investments. When the Fund sells or otherwise disposes of a fee simple interest in real estate, the Manager will be entitled to a fee equal to twenty-five basis points (0.25%) of the selling price.

Direct Investments. When the Fund acquires a fee simple interest in real estate, the Manager will be entitled to a fee equal to one percent (1.00%) if the acquisition dollar amount is greater than or equal to ten million dollars (>= $10m) and one and one half percent (1.50%) if it is less than ten million dollars (< $10m).
Direct Investments. When the Fund obtains financing for real estate owned, directly or indirectly by the Fund, the Manager will be entitled to a fee equal to one percent (1.00%) of the gross amount of the financing.
