Direct Interconnection Facilities. LEVEL 3 may arrange for and maintain two-way Interconnection Facilities, consistent with the mutually agreed upon POI as provided in Appendix A, between the TELCOM End Office Switch in Menomonie, Wisconsin and the LEVEL 3 Point of Presence. Any nonrecurring and recurring cost of the two-way Interconnection Facilities between the POI as provided in Appendix A and the LEVEL 3 Point of Presence will be the responsibility of LEVEL 3. Any nonrecurring and recurring cost of the two-way Interconnection Facilities between the POI as provided in Appendix A and the TELCOM Menomonie End Office Switch will be the responsibility of TELCOM.
