Common use of DIRECT DIFFERENCE GRIEVANCE Clause in Contracts

DIRECT DIFFERENCE GRIEVANCE. Any difference arising directly between the Employer and the Union which is not properly submitted by an employee, as to the interpretation, application or alleged violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement may be submitted by the other party to the other at Step Two of the Grievance Procedure, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the matter at issue arose.
