Direct Account Support Addendum. Section 3.1 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 3.1. Maintain Reasonable Inventory. Based, among other criteria, on historical and projected demand data for Products and subject to a force majeure event, Distributor agrees to maintain reasonable inventory of Products, at distribution facilities and storage spaces. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this Amendment shall have the same meaning set forth in theAgreement.
