DIR Cost Avoidance. As part of the performance measures reported to state leadership, DIR must provide the cost avoidance the State has achieved through the Contract. Upon request by DIR, Vendor shall provide DIR with a detailed report of a representative sample of products sold under the Contract. The report shall contain: product part number, product description, list price and price to Customer under the Contract. 8.
