Common use of Diploma Clause in Contracts

Diploma. A diploma is awarded to the Student who has successfully completed the course of study and fulfilled all monetary obligations to the School. The School reserves the right to terminate the Student or withhold the certificate for unsatisfactory attendance, unsatisfactory progress, and/or failure to comply with School rules or for nonpayment of monetary obligations to the School.
