The Dining Plan Changes clause outlines the conditions under which modifications to a dining plan can be made. Dining Plan Changes. The Dining Plan may be changed only as set forth in this Section 3. Students may request to change their Dining Plan selection to a different one of the three Residential Mandatory Dining Plans by the following dates. • The last day to change a dining plan for the Fall Term is September 30, 2023. • The last day to change a dining plan for the Winter Term is January 20, 2023 • The last day to change a dining plan for the Spring Term is April 14, 2023 Student will be automatically enrolled in the selected plan for subsequent Terms unless a different plan is selected.

Licensee is required to pay for the dining plan for which Licensee is billed within the specified time, even if Licensee later changes the dining plan. Separate charges or credits resulting from such changes will appear on Licensee’s account after each change. Licensee is obligated to pay any additional costs related to any changes in the Licensee's dining plan. Licensee is responsible for the selected dining plan daily rate through the effective change or termination date.
