Common use of Dilution Ratio Clause in Contracts

Dilution Ratio. The Short Dilution Ratio shall equal or exceed 4.75% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereof or the Long Dilution Ratio shall equal or exceed 5.3% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereof.

Dilution Ratio. The Short Dilution Ratio shall equal or exceed 4.754.00% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereof or the Long Dilution Ratio shall equal or exceed 5.34.00% on a rolling three-fiscal-month average basis at any time on or after the date hereof.
