As of any Cut-Off Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate dollar amount of Dilutions that occurred during the Collection Period ending on such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate dollar amount of all Receivables originated by the Originators during such Collection Period.
