Dilution in Case of Other Securities. In case any securities other than shares of stock of the Company shall be issued or sold, or shall become subject to issue upon the conversion or exchange of any shares of stock of the Company (or any other person referred to in Section 5) or subscription, purchase or other acquisition pursuant to any rights or options granted by the Company (or such other person), for a consideration per share such as to dilute the purchase rights evidenced by this Warrant, the computations, adjustments and readjustments provided for in this Section (c) with respect to the Purchase Price and the number of shares of Common stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be made as nearly as possible in the manner so provided and applied to determine the amount of other securities from time to time receivable on the exercise of the Warrants, so as to protect the holders of the Warrants against the effect of such dilution.
