Common use of Diligent Construction Clause in Contracts

Diligent Construction. Tenant will promptly, diligently and continuously pursue construction of the Tenant Improvements to successful completion in full compliance with the Final Plans, the Construction Contract and this Work Letter Agreement. Landlord will promptly, diligently and continuously pursue construction of the Shell and the Site Work to successful completion in full compliance with the permitted Construction Documents and this Work Letter Agreement. Landlord and Tenant shall cooperate with one another during the performance of Landlord's work and Tenant's Work to effectuate such work in a timely and compatible manner.
